At Bless Gifters, every product is handmade with love and crafted specially for you ❤️.
Since our products are custom-made, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Once an order is placed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
If a customer has paid a 20% advance customization fee, it will be non-refundable, as this amount covers the design and preparation work for your personalized product.
In case of prepaid orders, the payment amount will also not be refunded. The customer must proceed with customization and order completion.
2. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Products)
We take great care while packaging your orders. However, if your product arrives damaged, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
:- To be eligible for an exchange:
The exchange is valid only if the product is damaged during delivery.
A proper unboxing video is mandatory — the video must clearly show the product being opened from the sealed package until the damage is visible.
Without video proof, no exchange will be accepted.
The exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Once we verify the proof, our team will process your exchange promptly.
3. Important Note
Customized and handmade products take time and effort to create. We request customers to carefully review their design details before final confirmation.
