At Bless Gifters, every product is handmade with love and care, which means a little extra time goes into making it perfect for you ❤️
1. Processing Time
All customized orders take 2–3 business days to create, depending on the design and size of the product.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately and you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
During festivals or sale seasons, processing may take slightly longer — but we always ensure timely delivery.
2. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
We deliver across India using trusted courier partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and others.
Remote or rural areas may experience slight delays due to courier limitations.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all products.
Any special delivery requests (like urgent delivery or specific courier services) may include extra fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this link anytime to check your delivery status.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
We work closely with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
However, in rare cases of delay or loss during transit:

We’ll coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
6. Return-to-Sender & Re-shipping Policy
If a customer does not accept the parcel after it has been marked “Out for Delivery” and the order is returned to us, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges to get the parcel re-shipped.
Since we provide free shipping only for the first delivery attempt, any re-shipment due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address will be processed only after the re-shipping charges are paid.
7. Payment Terms (Partial COD & Advance Payment)
Partial COD is available only for customized nameplates.
For String Art Portraits, customers are required to pay a 20% advance amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining amount must be paid once the product is ready, before dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until the full payment is completed.
Please note that the advance amount is non-refundable, as it covers the customization and design work started specifically for your order.

Since all our products are handcrafted and customized, shipping timelines may vary slightly.
